The Lab Cab works with several of our local health care providers in and around the Twin City Metro areas. We provide mobile lab draws at private homes, clinics, nursing homes, and assisted living facilities.
With over ten years of hands-on experience in mobile phlebotomy and lab services, The Lab Cab has grown into a dependable resource for individuals, families, clinics, and nursing homes who need quality lab draws without the inconvenience of an in-person visit. Our motto says it best: Need labs? Cab it!
The Lab Cab has been around for more than a decade. The Lab Cab (T.L.C.) goes to private homes, senior buildings, and assisted living facilities (that do not have other arrangements for blood draw service).
T.L.C. has long term clients needing routine blood work done regularly like weekly or monthly draws. Some clients need short term service examples, (a client that just could not get out to the clinic), (someone home from the hospital on bed rest) but still need blood work.
We draw blood 5 days a week from 6:00a.m. – 3:00p.m.. Weekends are for emergencies only per (T.L.C.).
We prefer 24 hour notice, but will work to accommodate client needs. We work to accommodate STAT orders.
We work with doctors from many different provider systems.
Where blood is taken depends on what system you are in. These details are provided when placing orders.
T.L.C. checks phone messages hourly and returns calls promptly.
Visits are brief, generally less than 10 minutes. Efficient without being too "brisk
